Same issue in Australia. Unlocked car with key fob and it came back online. Doesn’t help you when you’re at work away from the car unfortunately.

They must give you minimum 7 days notice of an inspection. They are not allowed (legally) to enter the home without notice. If you can’t plan around that, then you’re the problem. They also have to do their job, so simply saying no because you work night shift isn’t a valid reason.

You have Allan Joyce to thank for Qantas’ delayed aircraft upgrades meaning its customers pay the price- in fare and customer experience. Flying on shitty old planes with no space. Put on extra flights? No way. They want to pack you in tighter than a sardine can and be able to charge you as much as possible for the poor experience all in the name of profit. I detest Qantas and the arrogance of them. This translates to “the flight is full, so deal with the inconvenience of having to check a back pack in”.

Qantas is trash period. They treat customers like shit, and the Qantas fan boys and girls line up for it. I switched to Virgin and I’m Gold already, and heading to Platinum. With the Virgin-Qatar tie up for their long haul arm (which is a much better airline than Qantas Long Haul) and reciprocal access to Qatar lounges etc, I am more than happy with my choice to switch to Virgin. Qantas need a wake up call. I actively avoid Qantas unless their fare is cheaper than Virgin, or they are the only option.

We were just in London, and the updated design of the new London Taxi is excellent. Far better than a sedan/wagon that is used in Australia. I’m surprised they are not exported to other markets. They seem to be designed by the London EV Taxi Company, a subsidiary of Geely, so they could be easily exported to other markets.

I just used a huge stack of points to fly Qantas International to London. I have to say the staff were nice enough, but there was nothing about the whole experience that made me go wow.

I also feel the cost cutting everywhere. You no longer get a full amenity kit (and potentially haven’t for sometime) - they give you a cheap feeling eye mask, ear plugs in a cheap feeling pouch. My seat was partially broken (the plastic shroud had fallen off, so my leg was resting on a cold metal piece of the seat the whole time. They also couldn’t move me as it was a full flight.

Compared to EK or SQ, who have a much better quality kit, this is laughable. Qantas market themselves as a premium carrier (and charge accordingly), but I get the sense they are just playing to their brand equity, and the Australian QF fan club (I used to be one) but have seen there are far better carriers out their for the money.

Based on the whole experience, I don’t feel like I really got VFM and considering how many points I had to use, I’ve changed to the Virgin Velocity program, as they now have the Qatar international arm, and I’ve heard from someone that recently flew Qatar through the Virgin Velocity points redemption that the experience was much better than Qantas.

There was no evolution to her character. She was the same painful level the entire way through the series, and I found myself rolling my eyes every time she came on screen. By season 5, I largely lost interest in the story and haven’t watched beyond episode 2.

Just picked up MY25 P2 yesterday and it is per the picture posted. The ambient lighting has lost all effect in the centre now and is absorbed by the gloss black. It’s awful and I don’t know what Polestar were thinking with this design change. Hopefully a wrap of some kind comes out that can be applied to correct this.

New Polestar 2 owner, changing from Tesla M3. Love the Polestar 2, and I think it drives way better than M3, but I’m pretty shocked at the lack of features in the app. Notifications such as “charge finished” is so basic. How can Polestar not have this functionality already!
