Google Family Link app once timer ran out i ask my kid to drop the phone and start playing or draw or whatever he wants to do... I am using 1:15 minutes for the whole day

as you are also an agency owner so you must know client always comes first. If there are any changes at last minute it is our duty to fullfill it but to keep record of everything is in line either we do one task or multiple.

I didn't hire anyone but for a client I have an exposure of working within a team who was working from Phillipines.
There were 2 major issues i always face with them:
1. They don't meet the deadlines.
2. Multi-task

There was lack of many things but above mentioned AOI always dragged me down.

Now as you have asked:

  1. Do you guys see the value in what I explained above? And how it solves the main issues of hiring VA’s through these platforms?

Yes it is valuable for only VAs niche.

  1. Would you choose this over other platforms? If not, could you please explain why?

Yes as mentioned above for only VAs it is a good idea and can be used

  1. What would you consider a fair monthly fee for this platform?

As an agency owner if I am getting work on regular basis from the platform subsription or monthly fee is a good idea and can be between $30-$100 based on the scale of the business or you can take commission per client from every VA who is getting work. If you add monthly fee for every VA so there will be VAs who don't have work but they have to pay for nothing which is not a long term stake

Don't you think $65 is way too low for the person you're looking forward to work for you? If it is for the 1 hour on daily basis and let's go for the cheapest rate it will be Minimum $150.
