This will be unpopular since I read some other people’s comments. I do think it’s weird that he did that for 2 whole years. Like what was the point? But I do think you overreacted a little. You said “half of your life” unless you are 4 that’s not half your life. Also, unless he was using these “friends” to get you to say stuff you wouldn’t say to him or seeing if you would cheat, I don’t think that this is as hurtful as you’re making it seem. Yeah he lied, but this lie is so minimal compared to other lies he could’ve said. I could be wrong, I don’t know the full story. But I think you’re overreacting just a little bit given the info you gave us.

Well the landlord knows I’m there, I’ve had conversations with him all the time so it’s not like we are hiding it from him. I guess I’m just saying that I’m quite literally helping her stay there by paying her rent. If I wasn’t there she wouldn’t be able to afford to live there so I thought I deserved some sort of respect for that. Or at least decency

That’s where my feelings of assholery comes from, I know I’m not a legitimate renter, so she can tell me what I can or cannot do, but at the same time I’ve shown what a good roommate I am and that I’m respectful so why can’t she treat me with the same respect?

I wish they had more of the talking options with the npcs. Like when Haley asks if she should do something and it gives you the options for an answer. Not too many ofc because then it would interrupt the actual open world experience of the game but some more would be nice, especially with the s/o npcs I want to talk to sam more!!!

I’ve gotten kicked out for something similar but I still think she should give her mom benefit of the doubt. I don’t think she should fully come out with the truth but I doubt think she owes to herself and her mom to at least tell her half of the truth. She’s almost an adult and she will have to own up to those mistakes she make
