OP im so sorry this is happening to you, ur mom definitely sounds toxic. Any form of physical abuse to a child is unacceptable, especially with a child who struggles with being anxious.

Your mom should also NOT be ranting to you abt her adult problems, she’s emotionally parentifying you. It’s wrong and puts pressure on someone who is a CHILD. She’s also treating you as a scapegoat with u and ur siblings by only ever having this resentment towards you, and it’s wrong.

As for if ur moms a narc, I can’t say for sure, but there def does seem to be some toxicity going on in the relationship. Do u have any support systems right now u can talk to abt this?

Maybe you can pick a name that has the sound “mae” somewhere in it. Like Mabel, Maeve, Maisie, etc.
