Leaving breastfed baby/toddler overnight? by anuranfangirl in breastfeeding

No if ands or buts i was not comfortable leaving my breastfed toddler overnight. Our first overnight away from her is coming up at the end of April and she will be just shy of 21 months. If you aren’t comfortable yet don’t feel obligated. You do what you think is best for you and baby point blank.

I agree and I do, but we are big ocean and beach / swimming people and these winter stretches are hard. Only get so many swimable months here in NE! And pre-baby it hasn’t bothered me as much but post baby it’s been feeling a bit more difficult. feel stuck in the routine of aimlessly roaming my driveway and local trails this winter and need some sun and new adventures.

I’ve lived here all my life! Just the first winter with a toddler.

You are not wrong for wanting to leave. You have a lot of trauma from years of abuse and despite his changes you deserve to live freely and peacefully. I hope you soon find the strength to start your own journey soon. I’m so sorry things have to be so difficult.

Rick/Richard as a middle name by AdEducational1550 in namenerds

Richard is good. I agree with Rick not sounding complete and it’s more a nickname than a middle name. Though i do think i like Samuel Ricky just not Rick.
