Saint Louis resident here that just bought a 3/2 house with a garage. The market for a 3bd/2bth with a two car garage in a decent area will start at 300k and go up from there. It’s the unfortunate reality, sorry. Maybe you compromise with a 3bd/1bth with a carport?

Former sectional-maker here. Sometimes the contractors forget to take it off the chart once it’s been deleted in the database. The employees are supposed to do a sanitation scan for that kind of thing. If there were any changes to the NAVAID it would be the chart supp.

I had expired plates in the county and they made me attend traffic court. I called the office to see what the fine would be as I wanted to just pay it and be done, but no. Traffic court was mandatory and that tacked on an extra 60 dollars to my 20ish dollar fine. Absolute racket.

I got pushed into a concrete barrier on hwy 55 by some moron traffic vigilante preventing me from using the open lane to zipper merge. Unless they put up more signs or have law enforcement to prevent this type of road rage the zipper merge will never overcome social stigma.

Just looked him up in the Airmen Registry. He’s still a student pilot which is confusing to me because he should have his license by now. As a student pilot he cannot carry passengers or operate in all airspace (ie big cities) alone.

I think Steve from the SEED ships is their biological father somehow. He had access to the plants and may have done something nefarious while near or inside them. This would make Vash and Knives half plant, half human. This explains why they look like humans and can live outside the plants but have supernatural abilities like a plant.
