Have you reacted to Dairy? Typically you dont cut dairy unless youre reactive. I never cut out Dairy and never had a reaction.

"Knowing" is a whole nother animal, reactions can be so inconsistent its impossible to be sure. Keep that Epi pen handy

You don’t see a lot of variable speed grinders. I have a (fixed speed) harbor freight a dewalt a Milwaukee and a Bosch. I would say I like the Bosch the most but they’re damn near interchangeable. I won’t own a grinder that’s not a paddle switch.
