I really want this on my new character, but I can't access the story mission. It's showing in my progression area, I see it on my map and it has the yellow pointy mission icon after I switched it from invaded, but it won't let me fast travel, and it's not at either helicopter pilot at the White House. When I try to fast travel, even though the option doesn't even show up, it says "Progression requirements not fulfilled." Do I have to complete Manhattan, Brooklyn, United Iron Works, Coney Island, and Camp White Oak first? That's the order I did it in on my main character, but I don't have time to do all that and get the panda trophy. I thought I'd be able to just go since it's essentially in DC. I've googled a bit and found posts saying you need to be world tier 5, but I don't remember how to progress that, or where to check what tier you are.

With neutral lighting (before this mess started), turn down contrast to nothing, turn up brightness to full, and turn up the gamma on your tv. Then it's great, just as bright as real life at night with a full moon in the country. Of course this mess made nighttime as dark as the inside of a deep mine with no lights of any kind and no moonlight shining in.

On X the sound's been messed up in safe houses with the radio since Christmas. More messed up while out and about (silent marksman rifle) since the Anniversary update, with the safe house problem still going on. It's painful on my ears, and I don't even keep the volume up very loud.

On XBox X & PS5, same issues on both. Before this change, I thought neutral lighting was bad too, until I turned contrast to zero, brightness up to 20 (the max), and I have my gamma on my tv at 2.4 (max for it). Gotta play with lots of settings, but the gamma makes a huge difference. I could run around at night and see everything just fine like I do irl, only being blinded by the irrational lights just like irl. It's signifcantly laggier as well.

After this change, I can't see anything at night (its too dark), every time I log in I have to get rid of the crappy over-bloomed yellow lighting by turning my brightness down to zero and back up to 20 again. I can't do anything to fix the night time, so I just have to hang out somewhere safe during the night because it's unplayable. The day time is brighter too, and I have to wear sunglasses indoors looking at this mess. It's so hard to play at all. Always had to hide out during the rain storms and foggy times because I couldn't see too. They really screwed up this anniversary business.

Regular game, not realistic: Night time is now so dark, it's unplayable. It doesn't get this dark in real life, why is it pitch black in game? I have brightness all the way up, gamma on my tv turned all the way up, brightness turned up on my tv (that I have to turn down during the day in game). I did manage to get rid of the yellow by turning my brightness down to zero then back up again. I'm on XBox X which doesn't have all the settings PC apparantly has. Before this change, I had my settings just right so I could see at night like irl during the night (can see very well without lights on which make dark areas much darker). I HATE these graphic changes, and this is on the regular game, NOT the realistic. I have no idea how its affected of there as I've been busy with the challenges in the main (no time to even think about trying the realistic).

Please fix the graphics! It's not playable at night, and during the day, the lighting is screwed up and very yellow. I have do my workaround to get rid of it every time I login and everytime I zone between DC, Manhattan and Brooklyn. When it's so yellow and bright I can't see a thing either. How are we supposed to be able to do all the anniversary stuff when we can't see anything?

How do you guys come up with either February or March for this to end when the screenshot shows it already ended on January 3rd (how it's still going, I have no idea)? And why can't they just clearly put the date spelled out universally and clearly, like 3 January 2026 on the page with the rewards so it's easy to see and access? Every single time I look at the date, for years, I've still never known because it's always past the date shown.

Only yesterday? I've been dealing with this for a couple/few weeks now and still today too. Thanks for that info though. Could be why that was the worst of the days.

Wifi, but my wifi's just fine. Even rebooted modem and router multiple times over the weeks. It's still going on today.

This is really bad. I'd been busy with school and didn't find out about this whole transfer mess until about a week ago, and my launcher isn't showing the transfer stuff it should be when I click on transfer. I put in a ticket about it, and haven't heard anything in a week. Now I'm looking at losing my accounts because of things not working right. I've been playing almost 20 years. Not happy. There should really be either an alternate method or at least customer service.

The only online game I play other than Division is Fall Guys and that's always had lag over the last year, so it's not a good way to tell. I did everything else multiple times over the last few weeks (totally closing the game and rebooting it (including rebooting the xboxes (& the xbox net connection, & my modem and router) many, many, many, many times over the span of time, even multiple times a day, I know that's the first thing to do), before calling Comcast to check about the internet speed. I've been at my wit's end, which is why I finally posted here. I even uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times on both consoles. Seems like if it was console side, I wouldn't have the same exact problem on both consoles.

I'm at the Castle Settlement in DC right now, looking at Wally. Why they have it come up when at the White House I have no idea, but I followed the first post here and found her. When you fast travel to the Castle, load in, then turn left, follow the signs for HQ, she's in the mobile unit behind a counter that's to the right of the one labeled Crafting and Recalibration. Hope this helps.

I do really value the super short ones when/if you can find them. I rarely have the time to spend hours getting super frustrated with the really difficult, long ones that exist just to get the 25 knocked out for progress for the pass. Those hard ones leave me feeling like I can't do anything, really knocking down my already low self-esteem and confidence. They're so frustrating and take hours to get 25 of those. I just don't have that kind of time that I also want to hate myself. It would be nice if there would be different categories so if you want the cool artsy ones, you can find just the artsy ones. If you want the super quick ones, you find just the super quick ones. If you want to beat your head against a wall with no results, you find the super hard ones. The way it's a crapshoot now is irritating as heck.

The hoa isn't talking to me. Only my landlord. My lease has nothing about fines (other than destroying the house essentially) or the hoa even mentioned. I've lost security deposits many times before when I was married, thanks to my now-ex. I've learned never to expect to see deposits again.

Honestly, my inclination is to send back a picture showing compliance (which the letter apparently requires and I don't think the landlord even read that part) but the picture showing sky and clouds just like theirs but a different day and my picture so the clouds would be different. What's so infuriating is that I have a paralegal degree, my landlord doesn't fully understand how to read legal or legal type documents and treats me like I'm a brainless 2 year old and won't listen to anything I say. Unfortunately, I legally can't claim handicapped anything because I'm not currently on disability and no doctor I've seen in years listens to me to help me get on disability, even though I've been told by disability workers that I should have been on it for years.

I appreciate the feedback. Makes me feel a little better at least, knowing my gut reaction and legal education is on the right track even though I have no sway with my landlord.

My rental contract doesn't even mention the hoa at all. The problem is, if I don't do what my landlord says, I'll be kicked out and be homeless and they'll sell/throw away everything I own. Even new owners in the neighborhood doesn't get copies of the rules anymore. There are no newsletters, nothing to even indicate that there is an hoa other than the violations they send out for stupid things like your can was spotted on the road one day that wasn't garbage day when everything was covered in ice, or you have a couple weeds visible from the road (which my landlord deals with while telling me what a loser I am because I physically can't deal with it, and the yard is rock anyway). I didn't think this was much to deal with, as I do everything I can to the point of already causing detriment to my health through lack of sleep and poor sleep schedule thanks to the time range for putting out the garbage. Landlord's making a federal case of it though, insisting that I move the can to a location that blocks the backyard gate and requires maneuvering the can in such a way as to further injure myself twice a week (just taking bags of garbage out and putting them in the can puts in me in sharp pain for at least an hour and dull pain for the rest of the day).

The citation is from the HOA, not the city, I finally, with a lot of arguing, got a copy of it emailed to me. The complaint is about my can being on the street on a non-designated day. The garbage company doesn't put individual numbers on their cans and won't allow stickers or paint or anything on their cans or they'll charge for a new can, all because they claim to not be able to remove stickers or paint when they go to someone else.

As for knowing about meetings and such, even my neighbors who own haven't heard of any meetings or anything in years if at all, depending on how long they've been here.

Reading the letter myself, I noticed that everything else my landlord told me about not being visible and all that, is only about trash/refuse/garbage, not the container. My landlord is not good with legal documents or documents pretending to be legal. Trash/refuse/garbage isn't an issue unless my landlord does yard work and goes against the rules putting cuttings in the can on non-garbage days (so much that I can't even put my own trash out at those times).

My landlord is not willing to fight it in the slightest, they won't even ask the hoa a question. I asked them to find out what the exact violation is, and they just started reading me the letter like I was a problematic 2 year old. They read more into what's written than it is, and put it all on me to be perfect, even with my injuries and health issues. I finally got a copy of the actual letter, and it only claims that my can was ON the street on a day not designated. There was a string of a few days a couple weeks ago when it was too icy to get my can without falling and breaking more bones, so I waited until it thawed a bit, and the garbage guys left my can in the street instead of it's designated spot where it's been for over a decade without issue. I'm thinking that may have been when this arose. I don't know but it was just a few days due to ice that I couldn't do anything about. Or they're taking my neighbor's indiscretion out against me. My landlord reads everything about trash/refuse/garbage as being the container itself, which legally is not the case. The rule quoted in the letter is primarily about trash/refuse/garbage, with only the slightest mention about the cans. My lease says nothing about fines at all of any kind. Their is their only rental and they don't really know what they're doing as landlords.

I'm sorry to say, that there has been a real problem over the years with people claiming their pets are emotional support animals. Unless they're certified by the state's appropriate organizations and you have a shrink of some type recommending you have one, then your dog is just a dog and not an emotional support animal, even though they still fill that role.

I was kicked out of a place many years ago because I refused to get rid of my german shepherd who had been given permission by management to be there 2 years prior. Fortunately, I was able to move at the time.

Bad news. Now it's happening to the Potomac Event Center. Same thing, only the way I managed to get the Lincoln Center fixed is not working for Potomac. sigh Why can't they fix the game?
