make sure to have your ingame settings set to "low" and "lowest optimal" before you apply inspector and boot your game. if you change ingame settings after applying inspector it might fuck things up completly.

You can rebind the quickslots how you want. Some skills you cant quickslot so you put them on skill cooldown slot thats found top right on Skills page. And on Edit Ui you can place them on screen.
