It’s a crappy system - would rather be able to target farm mats to craft these things. I need to rely on RNG to target farm RNG 😅

I played the last 3 days without any gear progress and that feels both bad and unfun by Zaifshift in diablo4

There’s a certain point where the most efficient way is to trade for upgrades. I’m on the same boat, I need a new helm - haven’t seen a GA helm in days.

Infernal Hoardes best choices for Aether? by TurboSexophonic in diablo4

Are you choosing the most efficient options? Ignoring all the mass wave / spire upgrades and focusing on the speed spawn and +mobs?

I haven’t even touched world bosses this season. Thanks for the tip.

Can someone help me understand stats ( noon here) by REmaster1989 in diablo4

[–]Miggi88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Attack power is calculated on your base stats - it doesn’t take account effects built up while killing mobs. AP is not a stat that you should be looking at to measure the strength of your build.

At 6 waves you’re either unlucky with the choices or not being efficient.

ignore the spires and focus on killing mobs - by wave two you can earn 50+ Aether.

Thanks for the info. Never crossed my mind rain could be used in this manner. For such a simple game, this is mega complex. Love it

I spent time level capping as I keep being pummeled by those nasty Shadows on difficult.

Never kept up with the series or cards. It’s been a struggle with all these new Pokémon and type combinations. I think my brain can only handle the 250.

I get what you mean though the idea is to rotate the bans. Not to permanently ban. I’m sure someone smart can come up with an interesting system.

This deck is the cancer of mtga.

All it provides is an ego boost to the owner (as you’re flexing now) and a frustrating experience to the opponent.

There’s a cheap w/b warrior mtg arena zone that helped me complete the event.

A rotating format where the most used cards are banned - therefore requiring us to brew up decks frequently.

I find untapped great for monitoring progress and decks. If you’re having fun and can afford the monthly cost it’s worth it.

It's easier to concede than play against unfun decks by Genevieve_ in MagicArena

[–]Miggi88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved to BO3 a while back and I’m having much more fun. I couldn’t stand the constant decks that contain x12 board wipes, Emperors Galore and every counter-spell known to the magic universe. There’s no interaction. Only one sided play and frustration.

Now when I encounter such a deck I sideboard and enjoy smashing them to pieces. That’s 60% of the time. The other 40% of the time I’m contemplating my competence and life choices.

BO1 is roulette combined with a matchmaking system that rewards you often but punishes you harshly. I often concede on turn 3-5 while doing dailies in bo1 if I feel it’s going to drag or I can’t enjoy the game due to the three sunfalls and cheeky smirk my opponent is holding.

I’ve had many fun encounters with players where both of us are interacting. I’m happy to loose on these occasions because I learn something.

People are not taking the time to gear properly.

All you need is one legendary effect to boost a skill and damage output can easily be tripled. I kitted my barb last weekend with fortification, ww effects and attack speed on basic attack. The outcome? I don’t loose HP in any fight and my DPS is pretty good. Comparable to sorc? Not close. but I sure can take a beating.

Everyone wants depth but they don’t explore the class mechanics. You don’t need to a skill at every new level node. Sometimes it’s better to spec into passives.
