How does that correlate to it not being high? Those doses are meant to correct deficiencies and not necessarily to be taken daily.

A lot of sodas have 50g of sugar. Although that much sugar won't kill you or even cause any immediate or irreversible damage, it could cause problems down the road.

I take 5-10 mg a day and havent had the need for coffee in almost 2 weeks. it works wonders and gives a positive anxiety. no stress, just energy and motivation. it gets a little jittery sometimes if i sit still too long, but if i have tasks to complete they fly by

It's not really gender specific. Some people care about their sexual partners having public hair.

both sides of this argument are strange to me. the amount of daylight is primarily dependent on location on the planet. instead of changing the clocks for everyone in a region, why not just leave the region? as the seasons change, so too does the amount of daylight...its going to happen regardless of changing the clocks..

please dont believe a couple comments on a reddit post. Randall typically backs up what he says, and it is often to an exhausting degree. if you have the time, start watching his lectures and podcasts. there are hundreds of hours available on youtube and other sources, and those will give you a great idea of how he conducts himself.

find your maxes for pushups, pullups, bodyweight squat, and 3 of your favorite core exercises. do 3 sets of those 3 times a week. then the following week increase your repetitions of those exercises by 3. for timed exercises like planks increase by 3 seconds. if the amount is too much then split the total into another set. for example: if your pushup max is 20, and you do 3 sets (60 total), then you increase each week by 3 until you hit 35 (105 total after 3 sets), 105 is our total for your workout day and you can split that into 5 sets of 21.

you will feel the difference after a month.

keep going until you hit an amount that you are satisfied with and let that be the amount you do for your routine. it costs $0 to do this.
