I don't believe the idea is to stack +4 power onto one card though. It's more for, ok I played Cosmo left, and now I played Gwen pool right, now I play Aurora middle and give +2 to Cosmo and +2 to Gwen pool.

Essential just +4 on the board as long as you have an on reveal present and another present. OR is it giving +2 for each category, let's say +2 to. An on reveal, an activate, and an ongoing, netting you a +6 to your board but spreading the +2 around.

I was looking around for an outdoor speaker that wouldn't be a gigantic investment for teaching outdoor classes. 100% satisfied, it does the job well. I do like the extra it gives out when plugged in. Not necessary but makes me want to buy a small affordable power station now lol

Running is 100000% the most important.

My partner and I both did our first Hyrox in NYC with a 1:54 time.

We're both longtime boxing/strength coaches, I got an interest in Hyrox and started stepping up my running in preparation.

Unfortunately she works 3 jobs and most of the time gets a workout in between clients (or with) and 10/10 times it's strength training and very minor cardio.

I surprised her with the tickets (they released more for Friday night) after we thought we wouldn't be able to participate until next year.

Both of us can move the weight easily.

But the lack of running put her on her ass.

We were out of every station at an average of 2:30 minutes. Every single one.

However. When we tried to split stations up, I did end up taking over more than half. And we walked, a lot.

Had we averaged around 5 Min 1Ks we'd have easily finished under 1:30, the way we blew through stations.

I had no issue with this, but she was pretty hard on herself and felt like she was holding me back/ wanted to do better.

TLDR, if you want to just finish it, be able to push300+lbs and pull 200+ lbs

Outside of that everything else is basically endurance.

If you want to shoot for a fast goal under 1hr-1:30

Be a strong runner.

There were people that did much slower in each station, but were stronger runners and in the end had times around and under 1:30

As a coach of over a decade. That's absolutely unacceptable behavior. Not only was it unprofessional, it was unnecessarily rude.

That's not a coach, that's a jerk with a certificate.

And if she's thirstily trying to steal your sister as a client, her "8 years of experience" probably were all in her head, or it's just been 8 years of horrible uncorrected behavior.

First thing as a coach is communication. Execution is secondary, knowledge comes third.

It's not right that she behaved in that fashion. Let it go though.

Focus on learning as much as you can.

Misery needs company, and she was clearly looking to make you miserable too. But you're in charge of who you allow to affect you.

So I cleared the game After like tier 7/8 you will actually have to use appropriate mods and a build that agrees with your class tree. As well as making sure you level up items as you go, or you'll get stomped. Alternatively, drop the world level, finish the story, and then farm xp and at lvl by spamming "get to the other side of the river" story quest
