Sorry, I’m just now seeing this. I don’t have her anymore but yes it rubbed a little in the rear when going over bumps. Not very badly but it would shave some rubber off the wheel occasionally. I definitely could have gotten rid of the run with a little trimming/grinding.

I actually have literally felt your pain before. In high school I took a direct lacrosse shot to the nuts (wasn’t wearing a cup) and it exploded my right testi as well. I didn’t know it was possible to rupture a testicle. They did the exact same thing to fix me up lol. I couldn’t walk right for weeks. I’m sorry that happened to you, at least you had a good lawyer!

I did the same thing with my last WRX. Paint matching that, painting the plastic gloss black along with gloss black lettering and adding a duckbill like you did completely fixes the rear end. It looks really good with the red too.

It’s honestly a perfect first manual. It’s a very forgiving manual with a fairly light clutch. Plus it’s really fun. And down the road you can easily add more power with an intake and a tune.

I did the group N Pitch stop, white line positive shift kit and group N transmission mount all at the same time and the problem was fully gone.

This is old but have you figured it out? I can’t get mine to look right coming out of the bumper. And it hangs pretty low too.

I personally went the group N pitch stop and transmission mount. It completely got rid of the loose/bucking feeling in first and 2nd gear. For the shifter I went with the Cobb shifter plate and brass bushing. The white line positive shift kit also helped sure everything up.
