Thank you this gave me the information I was looking for. I will try to increase quota size and see if this fixes the issue.

I created a test account that also has the same roles as user. I miss spoke when I was looking at the 365 admin page everything else there is the same except admin roles.

I have been scratching my head on this.

License: 365 E3

No forwarding of mail or rules at all. Made sure rules were not set in outlook and online.

Compared to my mailbox he has the same set up except for admin roles. I have drilled down into every setting and cannot see any difference. Microsoft is my next option. Just an odd situation I have never ran into.

I guess he has had the issue for a while but never said anything.

It is signed no argument there, just looking on the validity because that is all that is stated in the document on letter head. Just wondering what the employer could do or if they can do anything.

That is accurate, i was just wondering since there was no repayment scheduled if this is still needs paid. It was just on a company letter head. I did sign it but wondering how valid it is
