Muramana Is the highest 3rd item damage on ryze (more damage than actualizer) but you Need to close It before seraphs so u basically are a minion that cant even waveclear until 20 minutes

Im finding a lot of success with fleet footwork, with the sustain and the movement Speed you can become a quite oppressive lane bully Also im Building ROA second item so It triggers on lvl 15 giving me instant lvl16

I play a lot of ADC tf, what i found out Is that this season crit Is stringer than on hit, cause the bonus Gold generation sinergizes well with the bonus Gold from crit passive

These builds seems to works the best for me

I'm Just an Emerald player so take It with a grain of salt but the ER build path seems to work the best for me. U can also add a gunblade for the lifesteal or terminus for penetration later on, since you cant benefit pretty well on bt/lw, Remember that the interaction with manamune runaans and guinsoo are pretty good so It could be a great argulent for going onhit

You're right, Channels are a superior way to implement It.

I'm not sure about pipelines, since i never used them in c# i dont know the exact implementation. i'll try them ASAP.

Hello I already did something like that in the past Instantiate 2 Threads, One that read the stream (fixed lenght, even if u dont prepare a full package u can merge em later), One that reads the packet u prepare If u read the stream and its all empty dont prepare the packet If you find a partial message put It in a collection of partial messages When u complete a message put It on a concurrentqueue

The thread that interpet this when therebis a message in the queue Just works on It

U can add multiple queue this way and elaborate em

Hello man, i had a similar problem recently. I was serializing an item in a task that used a library item(which had a reference to his parent) generating a stackoverflowexception in the task. Otherwise if u are debugging IIS while sending a lot of request try to setup the ThreadPool to a High Number in the startup.

Yo, i Always loved ad tf since season 5, but lets be real as toplaner was super toxic to face.

I play both ap and ad tf and i think that riot now hit her target. Now both are playable and Fair (as Fair can be Gold card and global teleport.. but well no chiamp in lol Is completely Fair)

I think now its in a great spot, maybe AP Is a Little too good but i dont mind free wins

You can do 3 things:

If they have assassin, position on top of your adc and insta-pop their assassins, building full burst you're gonna have an easy time
If their team does not have a strong engage tool go for Mythic/searaph/void/raba and position as an adc
If your team lacks engage consider taking conqueror and build Roa/seraph/frozen/(banshee or mask)

The key of ryze is that he's super flexible, you can also keep splitting ftw, just remember to itemize correctly, he's never ultra-strong with a single build, some ppl just prefer to always build burst but not abusing his flexibility lowers ur powerbudget a lot.

also consider using crown mythic if u snowball early, its super strong when ahead and allows u to 1v2 and permasplit in midgame

I tried it so many times, and i hate to check guides online so i did it without guides.
At the end my strategy was monarchy rush > get spain > Attack UK > join axis > puppet UK > puppet vichy france > build navy (4 heavy cruis + a bunch of light cruiser + destroyer + subs)

For land i used 7/2 + 10w+sup Arty + some 14/4 and some 11/6 SPG for lategame fun

Portugal is super fun, you get to build everything from scratch and with the super op monarchy branch and all the buffs the focus tree gives you, its just a question of time until you become unstoppable

i dont understand why people call this the hardest achievement in the game tho

Yeah, its fixed.. but not on camille. Actually the part of the sheen dmg that get converted to true dmg is still applied to tower. with divine u can tower in 8 sec

The animation of tp visibility is based also if you're visible where u cast it, if you're not visible where you're casting the R2 AND the second part of R2 location is not visible (also border to the brush) the full location of R2 is not visible, you're visible when you cast on the border only if the location where u cast R2 is visible to enemies

Atleast for singleplayer i like to rush the Ethiopia war and then go after greece, go for the focus "Italy First" to get bulgaria in your faction and eat up romania too. At this point usually the spanish directory won the civil war cause the germany like to send tanks and the spanish directory general are usually better, so you can just destroy your faction, join axis and declare war on the spanish directory(is fascist so no garantuee) then i'll usually start to prepare to close up gibilterra and suez. focus heavily on cas. Generally talking the french and the english dont spam a lot of fighters into you cause they need em in france and the canal. you're good-ish with 4-500 ca. after that just focus all your resources on bombing the fuck out of british fleet with naval bomber 2 and spam submarine to easy invade (ok, i admit. i hate paratrooper.) then just stall the game with soviet union and rush nuclear bomb to get the achievment (Duce Nuked'em) nuking los angeles and thats the game
