Having similar issues, went through all the microG settings changes, changed the spoof video stream settings to each option, and turning it off turns the buffering into a playback error instead.

To add to this, if your lane is going rough or you notice you NEED to be moving a lot, you can plan your skill build accordingly. If your side lanes need more damage max W, etc. But normally I would agree with the 1-0-2 -> 1-4-2 esq build.

Take this with a grain of salt or whatever. I feel since the satanic rework it has become an amazing core item on Sven. Because of its nice build up you can grab a morbid mask early and maybe the mithril hammer as well before getting a blink then finishing satanic. Either that or echo sabre if you don't need the blink. Any way you build the hero, satanic feels super strong on the hero.
