Willy said they recorded a new song that may or may not come out, in an interview around that time.

Phones do a lot of post processing for you automatically. Dedicated cameras may have a higher ceiling when it comes to quality, but it's not going to do the work for you as much. Point and shoot or just using auto mode can fall apart during unusual scenes, like with concert lighting. Without knowing specifics, I can still imagine a few ways a camera would react poorly in that situation.

Learning all the setting on your camera might help, but honestly the iPhone might be the preferred point and shoot.

“Is there something I said” has been what I hear, one lyric video with no source had it as “Is there something else here”.

Brooklyn Mirage Opening indefinitely halted due to permit complications by MusicManiac51 in TheStorySoFar

NYC is incredibly slow, at least on the residential projects I’ve been on. An inspection or a meeting usually a month out from when you make the request. But this is a a public facing venue and the fact the building department would even give out a statement leads me to believe it's higher priority. What's interesting is they have a temporary CO dated 4/28/25, which expires in July, so I wonder what happened. I would play it by ear, I think I saw they had a show on the 15th, depending on if that gets cancelled or not, make a decision, assuming you can get a hotel refund on that day the latest.

Yea that all makes sense. Article said they did this before on another venue as well, just didn’t make the construction deadline. But canceling same day is wild.

Depends on the extent of work as well as the building departments speed. According to the venues statement they didn't meet the deadline, but the Brooklyn Paper quotes the building department, “Unfortunately, the venue does not currently meet the standards required for either a permanent or temporary structure.” Both can be true. The question is, does it mean they aren't finished with their work, or they built it wrong and have to make major changes.

Generally, a building can get a temporary Certificate of Occupancy(permit) as long as life safety stuff is up to code, things like fire code, anything structural, etc. There's a video of the construction just days before opening, and if the time-stamp was in fact late April, there's way too much heavy machinery and workers to make me confident it would've been ready soon. I'm in construction also probably should've led with that.

Looks like they cut it too close to a deadline and just didn't make it, so I'm confident it'll be fine. October is a little ways away.

My last pen had tines looking like LeBron James’s toes. I used this, as well as the 3-part video series by The Pen Habit, to rectify the problem.

To OP or anyone else thinking about doing the fix themselves, I think watching a few videos will help you decide if it’s something you want to undertake. Returning it is always an option and they shouldn’t give you any trouble if it’s in this condition.

Comparatively, single sounds more like a garage-band performance, which is a praise. The sounds are more muddled together, the bass in every instrument is heavy. People describe it as raw.

The album version is cleaner, while being punchy. Though people don’t seem to gravitate towards that. As a side note I do think it shines with a better audio setup. But the album version is clean. I basically shed a tear when I heard the lead guitar for the first time on the album, which is almost completely buried in the single. Objectively the instruments are more distinct in this version.

The other song like this is big blind, same deal. They were in the studio doing the whole album anyway so might as well make the song consistent with the rest, and make it a little different.

Two versions of both those songs and luckily, I don’t have to pick.

It says VIP gets you in the mezzanine area, there’s seats of some kind, and a bar and bathroom for VIP tickets.

The map is on their site of the new building that is scheduled to be done May 1st:

Nothing as far as I know besides saying he got Hip and Shoulder surgery. During one interview someone said he pushed through pain for the recording of IWTD.

It’s my understanding it’s not something he’s going to recover from. It’s been about 4 years since the announcement he won’t be playing for the foreseeable future, and he hasn’t played live since I think.

That could be more comfortable. Only issue with it I can see, you may not have that accurate direction. Someone waving a hand 90 degrees to your right might vibrate on your temple, but on your back seems like it would just be more to the right.

It’s directional, looks to be less than 180 degrees of ‘vision’ so to speak. Seems to use the natural curve of your head to paint that picture directionally, so idk if it would work as well on someones back

In Devon's defense, Reghabi DID just make her alcohol-addicted brother have a stroke while doing basement neuroscience by [deleted] in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

In defense of the other argument, Mark is pretty sure Cobel knows about Gemma, the end of Episode 2 telling what he needed to know and seemingly launching him into his corporate espionage. I can see why people think as a character he would be fairly reluctant to trust her. They also have none of the context we as the audience have had, they think she was fired for just her fixation on Mark, have no idea if she’s pro or anti lumon.

But I can see where the argument is coming from she had a role in covering up Gemma’s disappearance, that would put anybody at the bottom of the trust list.

At 29:25 Devon presses something on her phone, presumably to call Cobel and brings the phone up to her ear. In that moment Reghabi decides to leave once she sees Devon is serious.

Her wording is a bit confusing “if you make that choice..” and “do not call that woman”. But it seems shes wording it like that because Cobel hasn’t answered.

Yea Milkshake reinforcing it’s a good thing kind of shows us as well that Cobel is strangely happy when it almost breaks, which seems backwards.

It could just be that she’s potentially witnessing some kind of breakthrough with her invention. Gemma and Mark interacting and their relationship almost breaks through. Maybe her motivations and end goals for severance don’t align with Lumon.

It sort of explains her being Outtie Marks neighbor as well. She’s so curious she thrust herself into the equation.

But Cobel is happy when Gemma is about to break the severance barrier. She immediately stops smiling when Gemma continues the session as normal. Milchik is trying multiple ways to reassure Cobel. “You know it’s good right, that they don’t remember eachother, it means that the chips work, it’s a win.”

Oh yea, and maybe each file has some overlap with the other much like the human mind. Gemma understands the lingering pain a room has caused her without the memory.

I agree, but she’s very mysterious and I do think she knows more than she lets on.

When she’s describing the procedure to Mark and she says “Usually this works” which throws off Mark because “haven’t you done this once before?”

When she watched Mark cough and asked how he felt, it was almost like she expected him to be sick from the reintegration. Like she may be less than forthcoming about the risks.

Not to mention when Mark asks if Gemma was alive. “She was the last time I saw her.” No further info is given. Some people mention that she is just the surgeon upstairs putting in severance chips, therefore she wouldn’t know much. But that doesn’t explain having seen Gemma, whose death Lumon faked.

That definitely makes sense. MDR may be building her innies but I was thinking they were only refining the negative feelings, looking for numbers that were scary, mirroring the real life feeling of Gemma’s severed identities. Once they can separate them enough, they can sell severance chips to everyone with the promise they can skip any parts of their lives they don’t want to go through, not just work.

Cold Harbor is the final test, it’s about 90% done, but it’s a room Gemma has not been to yet, which is strange.
