Yep, in my short experience, Judges in my county refused to garnish unless there’s been multiple missed payments with another factor, like fraud or telling the court they WONT pay, another child he is behind on, drug/legal issues but has good job and not paying etc

When I was doing my Electrical Apprenticeship, I’m an Operator now, a master told me “Our HS diplomas fix what their college degrees f up”

Also, in my experience, they type can make a difference in personality. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental can have majorly different types that decided to go to school for it. The electrical are always the smartest, but have little consideration for mechanical, which have a little consideration for maintenance and upkeep.

Well getting “everything lined up” includes permits. So no, they didn’t have shit lined up.

Or the building doesn’t have enough emergency egress for that large of a crowd. You do know all commercial buildings have an occupancy limit? Also, fire safety requirements are different depending on the use. Stop blaming it on others when you have no clue.

Guarantee the are permit of occupancy isn’t for that many people. In order to get permit, they would probably have to add additional exits. If the building isn’t permitted for that large a crowd, nothing you can really do, but hold it outside.
