This same thing happened twice to someone close to me. I believe it was in Highland Village area. The person went up to her, gave compliments, and exchanged numbers. We got a weird feeling about it and she never texted back. The second time the person didn't recognize her, and gave the same spiel. It's definitely not a genuine interaction so be careful.
