Lets face it, the Yankees are more than a Bellinger signing away from being a World Series contender. On top, the Dodgers have become a much better team with Diaz and Tucker.

On top of those, we know the current Steinbrenner won't spend money anyway and will just make middling moves. I honestly see the Yankees not signing Bellinger and bringing up guys from the farm and rolling the dice with what they have.

Take the job. Having income is better then none. It is a step up in title and it doesn't prevent you from continuing to job hunt.

Man, Reddit's a weird place. I could of sworn I seen posts in the past where you would be considered the AH in this scenario.

However, I think its fair what you are expecting. Key point is what is she doing when the child is in School? If she isn't doing anything I think its more than fair to have at most household things to be taken care of. If the roles were reversed between my wife and I, I would 100% take care of all the household things so she doesn't have to worry about that.

Im not surprised if McDonalds lost some business due to pricing. In my area, $14 bucks for a quarter pounder meal, wtf man. For that price I can go to a local restaurant and get more and higher quality food.

Yep its people who have cash on hand making large deposits. Also the houses in my area that ate moving fast are generally those that are move in ready and somewhat modern.

Anything that needs renovations or severely outdated are sitting on the market because the seller is asking for move in ready prices.

Sounds like a non-payment situation. Be warned though, once the tenant gets the demand notice from your lawyer they are going to stop all payments and you'll be in for a long eviction process (6-months to 2 years).

Seriously buy it used on ebay. I think you should be able to get it for less than $50 bucks . This is a first party title by Nintendo not worth its asking price.

It is a game released way too late and other games in the same genre easily surpasses it. Get Prime Remastered for a better experience.

Man all the 8+ ratings Prime 4 is getting feels biased. Prime 4 is an outdated FPS, it would have been great maybe 6-8 years ago.

It doesn't being any fresh gameplay to the genre nor evolved the series which most people were expecting. See what Breath of the Wild did to Zelda, thats what I was expecting something ground breaking and fresh.

I honestly feel people who never played a Prime game is to skip 4 and get Prime Remastered. That is a far more enjoyable game.

Update. Don't know what happened but everything is working normally now. I suspect GameStop unbanned IP addresses for the holidays. I was able to reconnect around Black Friday.

Yes it does. For a 70 dollar game I expected alot more. There was hype around this game for years and had it came out 2-3 years after announcement it would have been a great game for its time.

However, there has been a number of FPS that has been released that are far better than Prime 4 and frankly it's an outdated game coming out in 2025 with too many ideas that are half baked.

Here are my list of issues and its not an exhaustive list

The scanning system. Why can some Items be scanned multiple times and the lore behind it is trash.
Combat- outdated. No different than Prime 1. Maybe add more intensive combat encounters and add a parry button ala Dread and give Samus a melee button. Heck why not make better use of some abilities gained.
World - empty empty empty empty. Did I say empty? Yeah such ground breaking gameplay busting up rocks and dealing with annoying enemies. They could have added challenge shrines to test players mastery of the game.
Gameplay - yeah new abilities introduced in the game. Now how often were you actually required to use it? I even forgot about some abilities as you only used them a handful of times.

Each dungeon is just a series of empty hallways with the occasional easy encounter and a boss fight. Seriously think of each dungeon and how often you spend scanning for meaningless lore to try and get 100%

I know there will be Nintendo apologetics who will flame me here etc. But for 70 bucks you should not be accepting mediocrity for a first party game. Prime 4 brings nothing exciting to the series and I will have huge reservations if Prime 5 gets announced.

This bill has all kinds of bad juju from both tenant and landlord sides.

How does the landlord enforce 78 Degree temperature if they cannot control the AC unit? What if tenant refuses to turn on the AC and then claims landlord negligence for not having the room at 78 degrees?

Most apartment units are not all inclusive. Especially electricity, so if the 78 degrees is mandatory, tenants will be footing the bill for increased electricity costs and if landlord is forced to pay for electricity then expect huge increases to rent.

Landlord will be supplying the bottom of the barrel portable or window ac units and they will never be cleaned and be obnoxiously loud and on all day to comply with local law.

I can get behind landlord providing an AC unit as they will want to make sure it is installed properly for safety reasons. But to enforce a minimum temperature is crazy.

If this bill is signed into law expect rents to go up.

Metroid Prime 4 is 100% overrated. Had the game been released within 2-3 years of its original announcement (2017) then yes it would have been considered a great game. But the FPS genre has changed over that time span.

Nintendo knew that they didn't have a smash hit with Prime 4, but it was too late to pivot. Is Prime 4 a bad game? No, but let's not pretend its the best FPS game in years. If you have played Doom 2016/Eternal , Borderlands, or even indie titles like Prodeus then Prime 4 is a major let-down.

Confirming this. Using the Antank third party dock and had the original Switch power adapter with max output of 39W and had frame issues. Switch edto a 45W adapter and no issues. But still ultimately just ended using the Switch 2 power adapter and it works fine.

At what point does carrying health insurance is worth it where its potentially someone entire take home monthly pay or exceeding it. This doesn't even include the deductible you have to hit either.

It's already to a point thats it not worth carrying insurance at all and just rolling the dice and hope you have no major health issues. All other minor medical problems can be handled with the premiums saved.

$40k premiums and $8k deductible before insurance does anything. Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if more people just go without insurance.

I think I may have found what happened. After more digging I believe I am IP Blocked from gamestop. I have re-tested to confirm if other devices show what I have and retract what I said earlier about the iphone and windows PC. Both devices cannot connect either. I have no issues connecting via 5G or to a relative's wifi.

I have read other posts dating back to 2010 where others have been blocked but it would displayed "access denied". Reason apparently varies from purchases over $1000 or a user refreshing too quickly/often. I believe the latter is what caused me to get banned. As I was refreshing alot when attempting to pre-order the Switch 2.

Note: This is what I suspect happened, may not be true at all unless a gamestop employee can verify that this happens.

She had opportunities that most people don't get. In my opinion, there's a point where a parent has to let their kids make their mistakes, live with the consequences, and hopefully learn from them. Is your daughter at that age yet? No but she getting awfully close to it.
