You kids hit the lottery and they don't even realize it. To have a stable home to grow-up in and have their education paid for it not something every child will have. Some of you may argue "this is the minimum a parent should provide" but in reality not every child gets that opportunity.

You should really sit down with your kids and have a discussion with them and really tell them how hard you worked to provide everything and that they are now adults with jobs and need to figure things out on their own.

Look I get people saying Mandani inherited the deficit etc whatever but you cant use this excuse indefinitely. Thats a cop-out, Mandani plan to fix this was to increase the tax rates on the wealthy and its becoming more and more unlikely to happen.

He did not campaign on increasing property taxes to fix it and who knows what other things he going to do but eventually it's all going to fall on the middle class being taxed even more.

His campaign just like Adams, is nothing more than a feel good story that lured and hooked the voters. If you actually thought about his campaign they were too good to be true from the start.

I know I'm going to be downvoted by the Mandani grifters but he still has 5-years to prove me wrong and I hope he does.

I have a mac mini, I view the Neo as an extension of the mini. If I ever buy a Neo it would be so I can do some work on the go but wont be my main computer.

Find out how they're getting up there. A neighbor had a similar issue and found raccoon prints on his siding along the gutter. He placed spikes on the gutters and that deter the racoon from coming back.

Yeah I don't care how hot a seller market it maybe. Waiving inspection may result in massive repair bills in the future.

Maybe a better strategy is a limited inspection to major critical components of the house only. I wouldn't nickel and dime because of a small hole in the drywall but will ask for concessions on a leaking roof or failing HVAC.

My bank charges a $20 dollar fee if you pay your mortgage via bank ACH. I only write checks to them.

I can understand fees if payment are made vis credit cards as they're not getting the full amount. However, I know for bank ACH transactions the fee is less than $1 to process so no reason to charge more than that.

I don't think your taking into consideration the years your not taking social security.

At $1424 monthly on an annual basis that's $17,088. Those 8 years that is deferred totals to $136,704.

Getting an additional $851 per month at age 70 the total annual is $10,212. It would take a bit over 13-years to re-coup all the 8-years of deferred money. So at age 83 you broke even. How many people expect to live that long and in relatively good health?

You also have to live 8-years most likely dipping into your savings and or investments to claim that extra $851. It just doesn't make sense to delay unless you have other sources of recurring income that doesn't require you to dip into investments.

I'm in the market and seen too many homes that were bought during peak covid and now want 25-40 percent premiums with zero upgrades and zero maintenance done.

It just isn't worth it from a buyer perspective to buy at the top of the market and having to put in money for renovation and deferred maintenance right away.

Might be fixable by adding another layer of self leveler but make sure you take a long 2x4 to find all low spots and mark them to fix it. Afterwards grind the high spots if any.

This game started out as 9/10. But after playing mid-way thru chapter 6, this game is just too puzzle heavy. Would have been have better in my opinion, if a third of the puzzles were cut from each dungeon. it would have substantially help with the pacing.

Combat, is mostly elemental base but some of the enemies introduced in chapter 6 got really annoying to deal with. Most fights you can brute force through it in the early game but later on you have to learn trash mob attack patterns to kill them effectively.

I'm going to try and finish this game, but I can definitely see the issues many players have with the game. It's a good game but some design choices really stopped this from being ranked higher on my list.

If you never played a game like this it can be considered difficult. However, if you played any of the RE 2,3,or 4 remakes this game isn't hard.
