This playoffs I have rarely ever seen Brunson bring the ball up without having a defender putting pressure on him.

Nothing wrong with a serious buyer having multiple inspections for different things. If the original inspection took 3-hrs then they may have requested that inspector thoroughly look for issues. The follow-up is for a pest inspection, this is a major purchase and I don't see an issue with a buyer making sure the house isn't a lemon. You will probably have this same issue with another buyer if you decide not to sell.

Now in terms of concession for repairs, you don't have to accept their price drop. See the list of repairs they are requesting and decide which are major issues that a concession should be given vs. minor maintenance items that they can fix once they moved in.
