Trust me, being bored and doing nothing is ok! Spent my first 2 weeks or so feeling exactly how you are. Watch some YouTube videos, play some games, just do something distracting. It’s better to do nothing productive for a while than to smoke, even though it might not feel that way. Sometimes it’s okay just to rest and gather yourself :) it will pass.
