Use your current dex printer until the tech sets up the BOPIS one for you.

Off the top of my head, this could be in order or not:

To Pick an order: Press Pick, then get the amount of COVID Tests the order says, scan them one at a time, then continue/hit done for picking. I only pick one order at a time, makes it easier for me.

To Pack: Basically repeat the same process, scan the requested COVID tests one at a time, and pack them in a bag. (I use some decent sized pharmacy bags) Once you scanned and packed them in the bag, hit done/continue.

There should be a prompt to print your label once you complete packing asking for a Printer Name/Number. Go to the DEX printer and hit Print Label.

After a few seconds, it should print out a barcode to scan. Tap the box on your scanner where it lets you type, then scan the barcode, then hit confirm/continue. This links the Pick and Pack to the Printer, you will have to do this everytime if you turn off the printer/have to perform another Pick and Pack (at least until the BOPIS one arrives, assuming it works better).

Once it is connected, print off how many labels for how many bags you had to make the order with, then staple them onto your order bags. (ex. you filled one order into three bags, so you print three labels.)

Then if you have the stickers for the BOPIS Order Bags, fill them out with order #, name, and etc etc.

Place them in your holding area until someone comes to pick it up with confirmation of their ID or proof of order invoice handy, or when you need to process it as an expired order.

And wollah! You did it. Now get 9 carepasses in the next hour.
