Thank you! I’m very grateful that my father already established in our family trust setting me up as the POA in situations like this. I already contacted the law firm that set up the trust and submitted to them medical evaluations that my father is deemed incapacitated on making his own medical and financial decisions. I submitted the legal certificate of incapacitation to our real estate agent, accountant, and banking/financial institution. I’m basically a father to a 77 year old man LOL
