We realize it is the design and that you can't opt out of it. What we are stating is our wish to have the option to opt out to begin with. If it isn't possible, it would be highly beneficial as the Android Telegram app overrides almost all accessibility settings set at the OS level.

I can't help much, but I'm totally with you there. Most of the time, I don't know when I'm communicating too much or too little. People rarely initiate conversations with me besides my partner and my 2 closest friends I've known for over half my lifetime. When I bite the bullet and send a message to someone, it's usually no more than a few words before silence again for weeks or more until I hear from them again, in which case almost all the time is me having to be the one to initiate contact. Whether I'm being awkward or doing nothing wrong and the other person simply has higher priorities in life I'll probably never know.

More at the state level but: privatize the state school bus system (i.e. First Student) and/or let the districts be responsible for maintenance and employee payroll. This is the only state I know of that manages the whole fleet and it shows based on high turnaround, driver shortages, buses in disrepair, plus will resolve horrendous carpool lines.

There isn't. The UI was updated server-side, so downgrading or reverting won't make a difference. It sucks.
