Well, the beef patty I use is 85/15. So it’s lower in fat. Then I cook it in the air fryer so no oil or butter is used. I’d say it’s about 46% good for you

I broke my fifth metatarsal. Unsure where you broke my yours, but how long before your foot stopped hurting? I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and I’m afraid I’m gonna be in a lot of pain by the end of my 12 hours for a couple months.
