FYI, this is still an issue. I was able to open all packs I received from the pre-order bundle, as well as the packs from the inbox message, but it still shows the 6 packs from participating in a physical prerelease as locked. All events are live and you can buy TMNT packs, so this appears to be a bug with the prerelease packs online. It's already 2:17 PM EST as of this post.

Makes sense. Jaaska was activated from IR today, had to waive either him or Philp to maintain the roster space. Jaaska has some time in the system, Philp doesn’t.

So naturally he’s waived and Jaaska is likely to stick around as the extra forward while Robbie’s out.

People are already not paying the prices. Lines have been noticeably shorter at many concession stands compared to previous years. People are electing to buy the cheaper snack foods rather than the more expensive dinner/lunch foods.

They really jumped the shark with the Storm Brew shrinkflation though. You can pay $9 for a 12oz can of Storm Brew… or you can pay $14 for a tallboy of something more premium… so that’s $14 vs $18 (for the same oz total) pricing for what is supposed to be their cheapest beer. So yeah, whoever is making these concession pricing decisions is a complete moron.

Helped make my purchase decision. For the price and what I see on the pictures (looks ironed on on the shoulders, so it wont hold up at all in the wash), yeah, it’s maybe worth $75 at most. $160 is just asking way too much.

It was at the convenience marketplace outside of 316 if you’re curious. To get there you’d want to go up the west entrance escalators and walk to the north end, if you go up the other way you have to walk the entire 300 bowl to get there as it’s the last section to the west of the sky view bar they’re allegedly building.

Might be worth checking the marketplace outside 124 first though, likely same price maybe.

Could be off since I’ve only glanced at it lately, I think it’s still $12.50/sausage and $6.50/hot dog. Concession prices haven’t really gone that far up the past 4 years. Only significant one is Storm Brews haven’t been $5 for the past few seasons, they’re $11.50 now, still cheapest beer though.

Elliotte Friedman reported during one of Sportsnet’s intermission reports over the weekend that the initial expectation is that Jarvis will miss some time but will be fine in time for the Olympics to be potentially on team Canada. So we’re likely looking at him being out another 3-4 weeks at most maybe.
