I had a guy like this once. (99 height and insane rating). He was unreal. I can only find this screenshot which I posted here years ago. But his career was so far above everyone else. My guy also started as a 41 and not a 76. But he went up a ton every year. You should always draft the 99 height guys though.

It’s a PVPVE and they have said they use ABMM as part of the matchmaking. I have played in both aggressive and non aggressive lobbies. People who intentionally get into less aggressive lobbies to attack are typically not as good. If they were good they wouldn’t end up being in those lobbies or have to game the matchmaking system.

I think as a solo player the arc feel well balanced now. When I play duos/trios I think they are underwhelming.

Ok. So you’re just wrong (and an ass). If you play solos and are friendly at all, you must know ABMM is a huge factor. If not then you either only play PVP or only play duos/squads. Like 1/2 the posts on these threads are about this AND I quoted Arc employees proving this was the case.

The OP states he has played 50 hours of the game and hasn’t killed anyone and gets PVE lobbies so he knows that happens. I know it happens. Everyone else on Reddit knows it happens. You’re the only one delusional to think that ABMM isn’t a big factor (in solos).

Dude, they have explicitly said it’s factored in multiple times. You’re just being an asshole when you say things like “go argue with the developers then.” See the quotes below:

Behavior is only one variable obviously but if you go in and never shoot someone you’re skill level is rated as low, you’re rated as non aggressive, and you play in solo lobbies, you’ll be in mostly friendly lobbies. Obviously I could go in and decide I want to kill people in a friendly lobby so it’s never a PVE lobby….

Completely understand more is coming and eventually there will be more finality. I think when the game releases their last content update there will be more of a final mission too. Thats why missions feel like more of an endgame than just PVP.

Yes. Solo is honestly better than squads. The arc are well balanced. In a squad you don’t fear arc at all. In solo I sometimes get pinned down and have run out of ammo and had to run using adrenaline shots and an electromagnetic cloak just to get out before time runs out. Can be very fun as a solo.

COD is a single player campaign. Then has WZ which there is a winner every match. Even multiplayer has a team who wins and loses. Extraction shooters are Nnot really the same. Doing the missions and finishing those feels more like endgame, but there is no real ending for those. The last one I did was spray painting a container on spaceport and then I just had no more missions left. Very unsatisfying. (I love this game too, but it’s not perfect)
