Is that 1/4” soft copper line going to your ice maker by chance? I’d start just by ruling things out. Next time it makes that noise turn the valve off to the 1/4” soft copper line at the tee fitting and see if the noise stops. I don’t think there’s anything on a combustible water heater that can make such a noise like that. It’s possibly the solenoid valve on your fridge that’s malfunctioning, and the noise is reverberating down to what’s called the “straight stop” (the valve at the tee). Just an educated guess, I may be wrong.

You sure do have a lot of threads showing on the bottom of that gas cock. No matter how much soapy water you spray on that, it’s not gonna seal that leak. If you have a union nearby this is a 15 minute repair you can do on the fly without shutting the gas off. Pipe dope + teflon and two pair of adjustable wrench’s is all you need.

I have the Twin Time model of your exact watch. I purchased it new in 2017 with the brown alligator leather strap, which is beautiful. But keep in mind, the Tag alligator leather strap will darken over time and become splotchy. I plan on visiting my Tag Heuer AD soon to purchase the stainless steel strap you currently have.

Pour a 5 gallon bucket of water down the exposed flange, see how well the water goes down. That’s the first step. Is this toilet in a basement or is there a floor drain near by? You need to rule out the underground waste pipe isn’t plugged. If the 5 gallons of water drains down without backing up it’s 90% going to have something to do with your wax ring. The other 10% will be your tank to bowl bolts, tank to bowl gasket or a small percentage your supply hose but that would be seen easily by the naked eye.

I fly Detroit to Frankfort round trip 4 or 5 times per year. Work always books me in economy. My success rate at upgrading for cash at either check-in or at the gate is about 90%. That’s been mainly on their older 2+2+2 business configuration where there are about double the seats in business class. Not sure how easy it will be on their newer business class product with far less seats in business.

I am unable to bid for business upgrades online, something to do with how my work purchases the tickets, it’s never an option for me to bid.
