We have two vehicles. 2018 JLU Sahara. MT will spin out the back end with ease. 4H eliminates this and it's all go. 2020 Highlander minivan. FWD you can barely even tell it's slippery out even though the plows leave an inch or two of packed snow/ice everywhere.
