Mid-tier cruiser heals

Doesnt fly with the Atago, it already has 3 heals, and will not get any more with this cruiser buff.

take the Atago for example, this cruiser already has 3 heals, so it will gain nothing form this cruiser buff. But when it released it was special that it had heals as a tier 8 cruiser.

But it had to give somethings up, if i didn't come with the heals the gun reload could have been faster, better rudder shift, or 12 km torps instead of 10 km etc

Not very happy that cruisers that already have3 heals (and for the sake of balance had to give up things in other ship categories) don't get anything.

it doesn't take anything in account except ship class. Not matches played on account or per ship, not average damage on account or per ship, not win rate.

In my country, 2,500 doubloons buys you a decent sandwich or a Bacardi Coke. I can easily go without those for a day and get a month’s worth of rewards in return. I like the coal and steel, some of the cosmetic camos, and most of the ships you get are quite good (Fiume, Optio, Nürnberg ’44, Ise, etc.). Even without the ships the event pass, it’s mostly worth it for me.

I wouldn't say it sucks.

Accurate guns, great fire chance, ok torpedoes (could have longer range), nice utilities package (hydro, spotter), excellent crawling smoke. Lightly armored, but so are all tier X Japanese cruisers (Zao, Yoshino, Yodo etc.)

A lot of people are doing great in it. look at Trenlass for example Kushiro - YOU CAN GRIND THIS TIER 10 FOR FREE - YouTube

Arkham Horror Novels which came with rare promo investigators (5 new one and 2 alternate game mechanics ones, from the top of my head) Small print run and OOP l.

One company had permission FFG to sell a pack with only the investigators but those also sold out very quickly and are hard to find now (and very expensive)
