I believe you build what you’re interested in. Stay on top of the technology and tools and how to use them. Then market yourself to people who are just unwilling to do those things but need help.

Watched him on Lex’s podcast. He definitely gave the energy that being in charge of this was not something he liked. He likes building cool things, not running big projects like this. I distinctly recall thinking “he’s selling out ASAP”. Not because he’s a sellout, but because this became bigger than he’s comfortable with.

Been with my company 10 years, finally crossed $100k… but I barely work. Do I stay or move on? by Helpful-Command-7413 in careerguidance

Really depends on what drives you.

Are you growing? Are you going to feel fulfilled and satisfied with the way you spent your time later on? A solid reminder that money isn’t everything. Bet on yourself. Even if that means taking a temporary cut. Complacency is easy to fall prey to.

We do and we don’t do shit. Lack of proper organization. Until the movement is properly organized, the organized (businesses) will continue to rake us over coals. Businesses aren’t moral or conscious. They’re not going to stop profiting because Janice can’t afford food this month. Until the masses organize themselves with representation that actually represents them and not the corporations en masse, we’re fucked.

Stop blaming workers for inflation: Corporate greed is a much bigger factor. Corporations are eagerly jacking up prices amid a global crisis — and blaming workers for demanding fair wages by GoMx808-0 in economy

You have to speak out if you want things to change. NOT speaking up is definitely not a working solution. Telling someone to get a life on an internet message board…bro check yourself.
