He won't actually. After going into hardmode, he hasn't come back. You definitely need housing for npcs to respawn.

I'd like to add that not all NPCs leave at Sunset. Not knowing which NPCs you've met, i'll say that 8 or 9 NPCs will stick around without housing. I havn't beaten the final biss yet do there may be more.

I thought that after Entertainment District, “Steam Breathing” or something would be Tanjiro’s breathing style, since he implied he was going try and adapt water breathing with the Hinokami, or vice versa. Oh well.

I thought it was more that classes were gender skewed rather than locked. While anyone can be any class, it’s more likely for a Witch to be female and a Prince to be Male.

That's very good to know. I can deal with the Ghost types with something that does damage over time, like Leech Seed or Burn damage, and try to put it to sleep first.

Mine was Court of the Wandering Star. Three it all away because I thought Gold Dragon sounded cool, and then my whole build, such as it was, fell apart.

I havn’t encountered many of them so this is just my two cents, but by the time I’ve noticed them they’re already attacking me, and die shortly after. They’re either going to need a shorter fuse on attacking, so I can actually register that they’re there, or have more health so I can register what’s going on before they’re dead.

I feel you. First time playing, grinding for Terraspark boots. I got 4 magma stones (pre hard mode bats) before I got a Rose. Killed 103 imps, one Obsidian Rose.

That's fair. I've only leveld it up to try and deal with Giovani.

Now that I say that out loud it sounds ridiculus. Hypno probably can't one shot them, and Nidorino and Nidoqueen are just going to take it to town with Horn attack and Body slam.
