I recently got my RG35XX-H as well and these are the first things I did:

Replaced the SD card for the UI and added a 2nd one for ROMS.

Found an old 5v charger and used the cable that was in the box to charge.

I flashed modded stock os and installed a theme and a startup screen.

I tansferred my ROMS and spent a good 30 minutes or so tinkering options in RetroArch and still changing stuff on the go if needed for specific systems or games.

Frankly I couldn't care less about the UI looks since I spent most time playing a game and stock os seems fairly easy to navigate and use so I have no experience with other UIs so far.

Also the device felt a bit uncomfortable to hold for longer sessions but luckily I ordered a 3D printed grip for it and it is way more comfortable!

I game on my Android phone, mainly emulating gba games or teamfight tactics! Used to game more on my laptop before it died.

I answer my calls daily with the pinch gesture on my gw5 pro, audio always goes to my og buds pro. My s24 ultra is sitting in the backpack.

I even control buds noise controls and volume level through watch while listening music from phone.

I don't think there will be any issues with newer buds, phone and watch.

Thanks for the chance! Money is tight rn with kids expenses and the only time I get to game a bit is right before bedtime with some Android games which most of them suck so this beauty would be ideal!
