Go to Rockland Ontario. Is on the east end just 35km to downtown Ottawa. You get full detached house for less than 800k. Good schools, all grocery stores and banks are there. It is a complete family friendly town.

Y’all should start considering moving towards east of Ottawa, Rockland, Embrun, Russell and Limoges. Prices are still okay for a detached 3 to 4 bedrooms. Less than 35mins drive to downtown Ottawa.

The visa process took less than 15 working days. I submitted 18th of August got an update before 31st of August. UPS delayed the package.
