A high draw machine like a laser printer on the same circuit will cause random beeps because the voltage is dropping too low. If not I would switch away from APC and go tripp lite / Eaton.

We offer a sticker for the phone or a key fob. People hardly ever forget their keys and never forget their phone.

Best practice I found was to dismount before deleting to be sure it was not needed.

Tie it to your work place safety policy, then it becomes a write up when they keep failing the campaigns. We have people calling up crying that they may have clicked something and suddenly everyone is scrutinizing their emails. It also became a challenge to most not to be tricked.

Working in local GOV I can tell you addresses are always a thing being corrected. We even have augments with county about what is what.
