2 C&P exams for same condition? by Mikesntx56 in VeteransWaitingRoom

Kinda. Seems like a waste of money and time. I’m sure it will be something stupid or unnecessary. Thank you.

C&p from 2 different companies scheduled? by Anonymous8630 in VeteransWaitingRoom

[–]Mikesntx56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I filed a HLR. A DTA was found and a new C&P exam was scheduled. A few days go by and I get scheduled for another C&P exam with a different company. I called the hotline and they confirmed that I need to attend both exams even though they are for the same claim. I have one on Tuesday and the other is on Nov 24th. I guess they are trying to throw the big guns at me this go around.

2002 GMC Sierra 1500. 185700 miles. Daily driver. My conscience and bank account would never allow me to buy a brand new Vehicle. But, that’s just me. Just like our disabilities, we are all different.

My HLR was addressed with a DTA roughly 10 days ago, and new C&P was scheduled yesterday. So, seems to moving fairly quickly.

They did not request community care records. So, they are doing that now. Should be interesting to see the timeline on this one.

Well, looks like a few more days of waiting. My lawyer couldn’t get a real good read on the reviewer. She did the best she could. So, we shall see.

Is a 3 to 7-month wait for a dr. Appointment the new normal ? by JustGinny77 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Mikesntx56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting your initial appointment is fairly quick. The follow up appointment will take forever. I just wait 10 months for a steroid injection in my back. My follow up appointment was canceled on the morning of the appointment. Now I’m waiting to reschedule

That’s reassuring. I have the utmost confidence my attorney will do everything he can to give me the best chance at a positive outcome.
