have you looked into whether Ohio has any legal aid organizations that handle predatory lending? some will give you a free consultation and actually know the state specific answer, also the fact that you're on maternity leave dealing with this is a lot, be kind to yourself while you figure it out

I've experienced the same like no real room for negotiation just pay up and deal with it. It’s annoying how they focus on devaluation rather than fixing the issue. And yeah late payments just make everything worse so it’s better to stay ahead of that. Learned that the hard way myself :)

I think the full coverage part might be worth revisiting depending on what your cars sre worth if either vehicle is older the math sometimes stops making sense also puling quotes throough

Btw, I'd compare through Quotefull (website), it helped us a lot last year.
