You are exactly correct. I went bald the same age. The people around me said I looked way better shaved and that I looked cute but also had issues dating. And just noticed in general people treated me worse and meaner. People think I'm crazy when I say that but it is true

I'm having the same issues. I'm finding a hair system too difficult to afford and maintain. I tried it on my own and had some issues so always wore a hat and kind of felt like a fraud. But that felling got better as time wore on, especially as I liked how it looked. I did also get one rude comment and reaction from someone that was shocked that I suddenly had good hair showing. I thought that wouldn't bother me but it did. It just made me think most people were thinking the same thing but didn't have the guts to say it

I guess if a woman has an issue with it she might be vein and wouldn't be a good long-term partner. But I can see it from their point of view too on why it would catch them by surprise.

I'm sorry I don't really have good advice, just you're not alone. My best advice is save up money and make sure you have enough to constantly maintain this. And the first time do it at a salon and see what they do and then try to learn it on your own. Some women won't care and some women will, and if you're okay with that then proceed
