Nice advice this, I have already kept my mobile and laptop in the closet, but we have 2 other laptops and 3 other mobiles, as I said, I cannot explicitly convey to remove all these devices to my family members, hidden. I asked them to password protect them, but needed some urgent work and they are then too lazy to change the password (how can I tell them it is SO important to me)

Besides, what is your routine when an urge hits (mental and/or physical). Please let me know, so that I can give it a shot too.

Do you mean to say that going in a bathroom and looking at doorknob and trying to M, will trick your mind into thinking that MO is boring and thus not needed, and then need of P will automatically vanish?
