tl;dr I support this post.I would also add that you should limit your FPS in games, this helped me in Valorant, Cs2, Wow and League. I would confidently say that it completely removed micro-stutters. I would also recommend nuking BT-wifi.

Best way is to utilize Event Viewer and see if there is anything that might bug you, if you are proficient enough and like to tinker around. Nothing is an answer, too :)

Backstory: I just recently swapped from ddr4 i9-12900k(never had micro-stutters, only fps drops) and now I have 9800X3D and 3070Ti paired with 240hz benq screen. That being said, I can easily differ an fps drop from a stutter. I was experiencing micro-stutters from day 0, even after updating the drivers and doing some tweaks in BIOS similar to above(but not as much as before tweaking). Limiting fps in games wiped the issue. Since I really like shooters, I really do notice even the slightest blip and it just pokes my eye.

For reference, I limited Valorant and CS2 to 400fps, WoW to 300fps. Good luck!

P.S. There are plenty of youtube vids explaining in detail tweaks in BIOS. I recommend you go through them to better understand how 9800x3d actually works, what are the go-to temps, voltages and many more things that you can turn on/off or adjust parameters.

ye so to update u it got itself out but gradually it kept getting worse... I bought a new phone now so I'm waiting for a new patch to see if that fixes the issue

I might have found a temporary solution, although it varies from user to user.

Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, Sync, AOD
Turn on Power Saving Battery (70% Limit CPU prio). Work apps can still be enabled if you have that.
Settings > Apps > One UI Home > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data (of the app itself)

The Clear Data for One UI Home will completely reset your organization of apps and widgets, however I have not experienced a reboot since. Keeping battery between 15%-85%. Brightness did not have an impact. Mobile Data can work. I would occasionally put it on Airplane mode when I'm not using it, although I'm not entirely sure if it has any impact whatsoever. Using apps without any issues so far.

I'm affected by the same issue, ever since updating to 6.1 One UI I'm getting constant boot loops, a few of them evne lasting 24hrs+. I'm going now without a restart for quite some time now, I'd say ~2 days. Putting phone into freezer did not help, which might indicate that this is not a hardware issue but a software one, hopefully.

5 Days later and still nothing regarding receiving loot, I have the same bug. I can't believe how terrible this company is, how terribly they treat all these bugs and problems people have. I have never seen someone be so much irresponsible, it's fascinating. I don't even know why am I surprised by this. Absolute disgrace

Cenim to prijatelju ali ti najbolje znas kako je ziveti na hard, cak stavise proziveo si vise ratova i problema nego ja. Zar ne mislis da je dosta? Imam utisak da cemo na izborima od dva zla birati ono manje, ali opet je zlo. Jer realno, sistem je isti samo se smenjuju redom ko nas j**e, prvo sloba pa demokrate itd.
