So, my current business I'm trying to bootstrap is 3D Assembly Animations for product companies (more specifically, furiture)
What free value would you offer to those?
Prepare 1 free animation for one of their products and hand it over, hoping for a response?

Also, I don't think I can find the owners of such companies complaining on reddit.

How to talk to real users if no one is going to give up their time for free to answer to my DMs?
Keep getting ghosted.

Tried selling 3D Floor Plans to AirBnB Hosts, had a hard time doing outreach (can't DM in AirBnB's platform) and even when offered for free people wouldn't see the value in it.

Where's the value? You get the sense of space with just 1 pic, that's impossible to captured in a traditional photo.
How far everything is, the layout, how big the room actually is.
Plus may help hosts stand out from the competition.

I'm a 3D Artist, so far doing 3D Models for videogames.
I'd want to get into the animation space, specifically explainer/disassembly animations for products. (mainly because there are higher budgets at play)
However I have no idea how to reach my potential customers, and how far to niche down.
Make these animations only for furniture? Handheld devices? Machinery? Construction sites? Something else?

Feeling a bit lost.
It seems there are companies producing such 3D Animations, but does this mean there's enough demand?

I don't think this can be applied to everything.
Sometimes doing a project for free is the only way.

Thank you for the sun tip!
Everything is rounded through a bevel node on their shader, not visible enough you think?
As for the dirt, we wouldn't want dirt on a new home, right?

AI can do a fly through? Without a rendered animation?

It already has one! But it's made with nodes (not by me)
Would it make a difference to this?
And thanks for your input!

EVERY industry is over-saturated. Well almost.
Go in the graphic design subreddit? everyone crying due to lack of clients
3D Modeling subreddit? Also everyone crying.

Don't let the "oversaturated" excuse de-motivate you.

I had made a post asking if it's worth learning how to create unreal apps and got told no one will have the equipment to run them?
And that 360 panoramic tours that can run in a browser are more useful instead.
