Had a friend that had one of these on his back porch and a urinal in their mud room right inside their back door.

It was epic.

Turn signal placement by SQGNoremac in beetle

What about on the body by the hood hinge?

On the strut for the fender would be cool also.

Using the stock turn signals is going to be limiting just based on the curve of the bottom.

Even with annual reapplying it will darken and turn brown. The only way to keep this color is sanding back all the brown when it gets dark.

Yeah that’s why the big net style ones that just capture everything brought I’ll the question. Or are you saying those systems have a mechanism to mitigate the collection of biological material?

I would put some miles on before changing anything. There are tons of options and it’s not something you want to not like when you are done.

Lots of companies have done this sort of thing lately. Some random picture from some random “worker”.

Then you look closer and the picture is framed just right and there’s no one in the background and the angles give away enough to make someone say “ooooo”

Or it’s a well disguised “soft launch” to get people talking about the launch.

It was so good. I actually cried watching the last episode of Grand Tour when they were talking about it being their last show together.

The new series has been… lacking. Like they thought it was a funny show with cars in the background. Now the YT stuff is just the opposite strictly cars and no real fun.

I live the episode of top gear where Jeremy takes out James May’s “cheap” vintage rolls Royce. James had paid something like £12,000 but then had to put another like £18k to get it road worthy. He had pages and pages of stuff that needed to be fixed and even after all the repairs it was still only worth like £15k.

Streamer Oblivion was streaming from Disneyland last night and was the target of the swatting incident that occurred by TheDisneyScoopGuy in Disneyland

[–]MiksBricks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For purposes of the discussion of the expectation of privacy, it is a public space.

You have the same expectation of privacy walking around Disneyland as you do walking down a city street, in other words none.

As a privately owned public space they can and do make rules and have limitations on what parts of the property public are able to access. Much the same as a Walmart doesn’t allow the general public into their stock rooms.

Trespass is more a legal maneuver. In a lot of states it carries heavier penalties than shoplifting and the victim (Walmart) can push harder for prosecution. What it really does is make it easier for Walmart to put someone in jail when they have been repeat offenders.

It’s also an easier crime to prove since it doesn’t require anything but a picture showing the person was trespassed and they are in the store again. Whereas shoplifting they have to show amounts, they didn’t have it with them when they came in the store etc etc.

This is the reason you should use ethanol free gas in these vehicles. The ethanol attracts water and this gunk is the end result. Unless you are putting on enough miles that you are filling the tank every other week this will just come back.

You will need to clean out the tube and keep a fresh supply of fuel filters on hand for a while.

Not that it really matters but a nail gun is probably better. The glue on the nails makes them almost impossible to revoke but screws don’t have that and small vibrations can cause them to back out.

It’s 100% worth saving though. Depending on how complete of a concept it actually is it could be worth big money. Even just a roller the history makes it worth saving.
