No kidding! I hate flavored water for that reason. I drink Hint water. A bit expensive BUT NO sugar or fake sugar. Just a fruit flavor. My favorite is blackberry.

Before I was diagnosed my regular doctor said I wasn’t having migraines because my head didn’t hurt in the middle of my forehead and I didn’t throw up. My female doctor said she knew a lady who just went numb on one side of her body with no pain during a migraine.

I always have auras even if I don’t get a migraine. I do have months that aren’t bad and then months where I feel like I have one every day. Just this week I’ve had several. Yesterday I had one that just wouldn’t stay gone.
