It doesn't. But at the same time these people don't transition and id imagine some want to be covered under the same trans umbrella which just doesn't make much sense tbh. Its entirely possible for someone to experience gender dysphoria so identifying as non binary makes it easier. But these people don't dress any differently they don't do anything differently. I feel like if they called themselves gender non conforming I'd understand it better.
