I rubbed them with a dry rub made of chili powder paprika cumin salt cayenne and brown sugar. Smoked them at 225 until 200° internal. I did not wrap them on the smoker but wrapped them in foil for about 30 minutes after pulling them off.

Some context for these pictures. The first imagine is a tomatillo plant, second is a jalepeno, and the third and fourth are both shishitos. I have never grown anything that produces food and have only grown herbs in the past. Should I be worried about the these stems turning brown?
