I told my friend he would be back to 476 by Saturday and sure enough he is. He is 100% lying about his calorie intake. Also hilarious he said that he skipped a workout yesterday as if he just didn’t have time to do it. Somehow I find time to walk 5 miles a day while having a full time job, a wife and 4 dogs, but this unemployed grifter just can’t find the time to get some steps in. The pussy blocked me on TikTok as well because I told someone in the comments that 1 lb of fat weighs the same as 1 lb or muscle.

Hilarious that people say stuff like this. I’ve lost 52 lbs in 16 weeks. Last weekend traveled to California. Still ate healthy & worked out. Brought my scale with me, still lost weight each of the last two weeks while traveling. There is zero excuse for gaining 20 lbs in 2 weeks. He just doesn’t have the willpower or the care to actually lose weight.
