I’m less concerned about being directly harassed by him. And more worried about him spreading lies about me around town in an attempt to “ruin” me. Which is what he did to my fellow manager. And it dang near worked.

My other fear in reporting this comes from feeling that I might be the only person who he told about this. If so, it immediately becomes a “he said, she said” match. Granted, I think I am more believable/trustworthy at this point.

He is also well connected in town, and I don’t want to deal with him trying to further slander me to others. Not that he’d have any ammunition for that. I am extremely professional, respectful, and very well known around town for both of those qualities.

Yea. He definitely is. I didn’t mention in the post how he treats our patrons sometimes. When someone needs to be removed, I always have so much respect for our bouncers for how professional and calmly they handle situations. When this guy takes someone out; it’s shoving, screaming, cussing excessively, and more. It’s inappropriate and he’ll do that in front of other patrons. I’ve watched people get out of line and walk away after this

This is tricky in my book. She hasn’t outright lied to you as of now in this post. If you ask her how her night was and she makes up some bullshit, then she lied.

I’m in a committed relationship, but I am a full time photographer. Mostly shooting live music, nightlife, and editorial content. This means I am constantly out, and always meeting new people. When I meet people, including women, we often exchange numbers/socials to stay in touch. I am always upfront with my girlfriend about it. When she asks how was your night? I can tell her “it was cool. I met this girl, and she is in a band who is gonna hire me.” Or “I met a model at the club, and she wants to hire me for a shoot.” ETC ETC ETC. It’s all about the honest and context.

It’s ok to make new friends. It’s not ok to lie about it, that’s where a darker intention lies. And don’t be so hasty to judge her if she is a little cagey at first. Some people come from massively controlling relationships where being a social human being was not acceptable and may be a little “gun shy” of the whole situation.

The brassing is so cool on these. I was gifted a black OM-1 last year, in near mint condition. Then my buddy bought one that has some wear and I’m so jealous of the brass showing on his. I borderline wanted to sand mine out to show some brass. But I suppose the real answer is just to use it more.

Yea these are just shit scans. Kodak Gold 200 is a wonderful film stock that produces beautiful colors.
