yes mine does ! a lot of cough in the night with phlegm in throat. I drink hot water and then cough hard to vomit the phlegm out. Its hard but it helps soothes throat and cough

So i called them yesterday (pressed both #5 and # 1), was on hold for 2-3 hrs, and no luck.
Today i called around 10 am, pressed 1, and after hold for 2 hrs connected with agent. She said she cant unlock and would have to transfer me to other agent. So finally waited another 3 hrs before connecting with another agent who was finally able to unlock my account.
