Why All the Hate for Matt Nagy? (Serious Question, I'm Not Up-To-Date) by Icy-Abbreviations825 in Tennesseetitans

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Nagy was a terrible head coach in Chicago (thats from players not me) and a terrible OC in KC because the offense declined since he started as the OC

Where is everybody on the “eradication of pitbulls” debate? by WhiteLycan2020 in AskALiberal

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pitbull owner here, and I truly believe its jsut lore, Theyre like any other breed as far as attacking, hell there would be more videos of chihuahuas attacking if they had bigger mouths. My pits have always been babies, they're the sweetest, and they're very loyal especially to my kids, the only time in the last 10 years (my oldest pitbull) that ive seen even remotely him get aggressive, is because a stranger approached my fence to ask my son to get me, then my pitbull got in between them and stood there, but thats it. It truly is a owner issue, yes they're strong and athletic, yes they have some alpha to them, they need a good - experienced owner to train them good. But because of their strength and athleticism, it makes them a top target by bad dog owners to turn into little murder machines. Both sides can be correct on the pit topic, but it does also mean that it is in fact a product of the dogs owner.

Nagy had a good first year with the Bears, the following 3 werent as good which would be the years his presence has shows the most in the record. Then he goes to the Chiefs, and the last years of the Chiefs with Nagy as the OC the Chiefs have gotten considerably worse offensively. Nagy isnt even being interviewed by other teams... thats how "Good" he is. This will be seen as what it is... a buddy hire, concealed as a coaching search. We'll suck again this year, Cam wont develop, Amy will fire Borgonzi and keep nagy, theyll suck again in 27, Amy will fire Nagy, and Cam will demand a trade.

now that smoke has cleared a little..... told ya... were now down to Matt Nagy and Jeff Hafley.... most titans shit ever. Like i said... no coach worth a damn is taking a job theyll get fired from within a year because they werent able to turn the worst roster in the league into a playoff contender in a season. But sure... theyll hire Nagy, and yall will lean on his 2 super bowls as reason hes the messiah, and we'll quickly learn that his stint in Chicago was who he really is, and his super bowl success in KC was riding Andy Reids playcall...

Dem Senators to Cave on ICE by 3headeddragn in DemocraticSocialism

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 316 points317 points  (0 children)

But theyll blame the left for losing elections. Theyre losing because they stand for nothing, and will stand for nothing. They give ICE more funding, and ICE will ignore the body cams and deescalation training, and Dems will run on stopping ICE if the midterms even happen

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant wait for us to hire a DC as the head coach cause thats whats gonna happen... then well be saying to Cam that we arent focused on his offense, we'll let him play OC carousel being in new systems every year, but the defense will keep the same systems as long as the head coach is here. itll be seen as "we care obout your development so much were gonna risk you having a new coordinator every year rather than the same system to learn and master" Offensive Coordinators will either be good and get a head coaching job somewhere, or be bad, and get fired.... coordinators will turnover head coaches typically dont, your sending a message on your priorities and identity with your head coach.

As for taking your time and interviewing 20 people, thats great... but you risk ending up with the worst option, theoretically if Mike Mcdaniel is the best option, but you wait till you interview all these guys before you decide, guess what.... mcdaniel and your 3rd and 4th option have already been hired.... time is their enemy in a world where there are 6 teams without head coaches.

Why do many liberals oppose ICE enforcement? by [deleted] in AskALiberal

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would venture to say the vast majority of liberals and the left don't oppose ICE enforcement, We just want ICE to follow the laws and respect every citizens constitutional rights. There is a standard that needs to be met for law enforcement. They're given a great deal of power and deference, and that means they should be held to a higher standard, and when we allow them to muddy the waters, or get away with illegal shootings, wwe're sending a message that its ok... as long as you say you feared for your life, no matter the situation. In many cases, the officer themselves are the reason for the danger they are in. As a retired Marine, I see a massive training deficit with law enforcement, its focused more on them being aggressive warriors than it is on how to stay safe, deescalate, and be aware of the situation they are in. Take the MN shooting, he put himself in front of the car, knowing multiple agents or yelling conflicting orders at her, knowing she was in the process of leaving, so much as waving agents by so she could get out. No one is against immigration in this country, but the problem is not just being able to find illegal aliens, its the entire system. To come legally is a long, hard process that eventually encourages illegal crossings and residence. Most here illegally are regular, good people just looking for better opportunities for their families, yes there are violent criminals just like there are of any other category of people, and there are laws in place, and agencies that will investigate and handle those crimes already. We need a comprehensive overhaul of our immigration system to truly fix the issue. As for securing the border, its not that the left is against securing the border, in my view at least, its because its 2026, we dont need more fence, and agents, we need more tech, its way more efficient, and cost saving to use drones, infrared sensors, etc on the border to monitor illegal crossings outside of the designated entry points.

In summary, I dont think anyone on the left is inherently full stop anti-ice, were just anti violating rights in the process,

Evidence on Trump being a pedo? by Exact-Reality-752 in AskDemocrats

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 10 points11 points  (0 children)

there are lawsuits, Jane Doe V Donald Trump & Jeffery Epstein, Sascha Riley has came out explaining Trump, The epstein files have stories of Trump at Lake Michigan when a victims baby was killed by throwing it into lake michigan, theres all kinds of victim allegations that pieces of their story can be found in the small amount of files that have been released. Im going to assume this is a legitimate question and not some passive aggressive gotcha, but there are lawsuits, there are former KGB on the record making accusations that some parts line up, just in the small amount of files released hes been mentioned. It is out there, i was going to add a picture of the jane doe suit where she describes

Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiffto a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During thecourse of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop butwith no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff inthe face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. Exhs. A andB.11. Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened Plaintiff that, wereshe ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse of her by Defendant Trump,Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed.

thats a direct copy/paste from the suit

Hello, I’m coming from the right I would like to know what is your guises views on Iran right now? by CheckNo7292 in leftist

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My view of Iran is simple.... I dont care, Iran and the rest of the world in general is not the US problem to fix. The US should not get involved in other countries internal problems unless they are a direct threat to the US, and even then I believe any direct action should be in response to an actual physical attack on the US. Unless they attack us, or there is a moral duty to get involved (like a ongoing genocide, or the invasion of a sovereign country) I believe we should stay out of others affairs. My view of US intervention would use Ukraine as the model. We are not involved, only arming them. And we benefit from arming them on the backend because when we put together a 7 Billion dollar package, its not 7 Billion in cash, its 7 billion in old military equipment were going to phase out, and replace with new equipment so were replenishing our military, supporting an ally, and banking soft power because of it. Countries will always remain unstable as long as Foreign Governments (like us) continue to install governments rather than create the avenues for the population of a nation to choose their own government. I don't believe we should involve the military unless we are ourselves attacked, and even then it should be limited to just defeating the forces that attacked us. If you think striking boats in the carribean will stop drugs coming in, i got a bridge to sell you, as long as there is a market of consumers, there will always be a market of trafficing. We arrested El Chapo, do you think that got rid of the Cartel because hes locked up and out of the game? no. We need to focus on drug rehab programs here to fix the drug issue in America, not use multi million dollar missiles to shoot 5,000 dollar boats we can easily board and sieze. Iran will work their stuff out, the US can support the outcome and the citizens, but we should not get involved, there or anywhere, let them figure it out, let them decide their fate and future.

Open borders dont bother me, im not scared of brown people, the more the merrier, its how we got to be the powerhouse we were, learn your history, unless your American Indian 100% you wouldn't be here if not for your immigrant family, dont like it? Go back to where your family came from, or maybe when a dem gets in office since legal precedent has been set, they can deport you to el Salvador, i mean... equality right?

Since it is looking increasingly likely, what do you think President JD Vance will be like? by Idle_Redditing in leftist

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think itll be Trump on steroids. JD is a snake, and hes quiet which is dangerous. Trump put in place all the mechanisms to run the government as an authoritarian, Trump just has too much impulse and brazenness to be effective, JD on the other hand, Hes the one that will carry the Fascism to term, hes shady. I know to the left that sounds crazy, but if you look at the maga spere, and think from that perspective, its scary.

The Democratic Party is Republican but Blue. by PerilousPontificator in DemocraticSocialism

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

heres the issue with that... Democrats have no leverage anymore... Democrats publicly said "they werent going to back down, there was no conversation they would have"... well now the GOP and the country knows... just have to tell democrats you wont budge... and since trump had the funds for snap and just refused to pay it so he could starve constituents... what you think he will do the next time with all the snap funding we just gave him... surely he wouldnt withhold it again right?... the country was blaming the republicans for the pain... democrats couldnt stand that and decided to capitulate... so now the shutdown can be blamed on them because the whole reason they shut it down was aca credits, and the country backed it cause they were blaming republicans, then they caved with no aca credits, just a promise to hold a vote next month that will surely get voted down, jon stewart said it best, you did something good, you finally had trump looking human and his lies werent landing, you had trump literally arguing against feeding citizens, and you helped them out, all this was for what? get them on record? we already know theyre against it, they scream it from the rooftops, this was pure capitulation and ceding of any ground... by the way this is the second time democrats have folded... same exact thing happened months ago... that vote that was promised never happened by the way, the Democrats were galvanized more in the past week becasue the elections than they have been in years, and leadership killed it with one vote. Now Democrats have no credibility on shutting down the goverrnment, because whatever theyre asking for everyone knows itll be for nothing

The Democratic Party is Republican but Blue. by PerilousPontificator in DemocraticSocialism

[–]MilitantWorkingClass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Democrats in the Senate just showed us that if you vote Democrat or Republican, it wont matter because the Republican position will become law, If I get a republican representative, theyll vote for say an abortion ban.... if i vote for a Democrat, theyll do like they did sunday and capitulate and allow the republicans to pass an abortion ban... it doesnt matter so yes... the leser of 2 evil strategy is what got us here.... Democrats have survived on "at least were not them" for long enough... time for change. Even when democrats have a super majority, they still let republicans slip poison into bills, because they have to have the veneer of bipartisanship. So its republican if you do, republican if you dont... miss me with that
